Pop-Up Blockers
Since there are functions in GeoViewer Online that use Pop-Ups A small webpage without a top menu bar often used for advertising, but used here for certain functions. A pop-up blocker blocks the ads, but blocks these functions if the site isn't specifically allowed. (Print Preview and Query Statistics), check now that any Pop-Up Blockers you have on your system are set to allow pop-ups from http://www.geovieweronline.net/.
Allow pop-ups temporarily
If you attempt to view the Print Preview or Query Statistics and nothing happens, you may see the yellow message shown to the right.
Click the yellow bar and select Allow Blocked Content from the menu to temporarily allow these pop-ups.

Or, press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard while you click Preview or Query Statistics.
Or, In the Tools menu, select Popup Blocker | Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.

Allow pop-ups permanently
If you have the latest Windows updates installed, to allow pop-ups permanently on this site from Internet Explorer:
In the Tools menu, select Popup Blocker | Pop-up Blocker Settings.
Type http://www.geovieweronline.net/ in the Address of Web site to allow box, click Add and then Close.

If you do not see Popup Blocker in the Tools menu:
Click the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
On the Security tab, click Trusted sites and then the Sites button.
Enter http://www.geovieweronline.net/ in the Add this Web site to the zone: box.
Uncheck "Require server verification...", click Add and then OK twice.

Test pop-up blockers
Click the Print
button near the bottom of the Main
Toolbar on the right.
At the bottom of the
right pane, click the Preview button
. If it generates a preview, you are all set.
Otherwise you will have to find whatever other pop-up blockers you may have installed on your computer, for example, your Internet Security program, or the Yahoo toolbar.
