Mailing Labels

1. Ensure that the 'parcel' layer A group of features that you can view on a map, such as parcels, water mains and street names. is activated.

2. Use zoom and pan tools to locate and magnify the portion of the map where the parcels you are interested in are located.

3. Use the Select,  Buffer or Search tools to highlight the parcels you want mailing labels for.

4. In the Reporting and Mailing Label Tool on the Main Toolbar select Mailing Labels to open this dialog box:

5. Select the Label Type (Mailing or Site Address) to generate.

6. Select the Export Type (Word or Rich Text Format).

7. Select the appropriate Label Template according to your labels product. You can see the size details in the Label Information area.

8. Click Generate Labels to create a Word or RTF labels document, which you can format and print as usual.
